8:00-9:00 A.M. Rider Check-In at Fir Street Park in Sisters, OR

  • Registration bag pick-up

8:30-8:50 A.M. Group Warm-Up & Stretching courtesy of Sweat PNW

9:00-9:30 A.M. Staggered Start from Fir Street Park

  • With this not being a timed race, there’s no mass start and Hwy 20 will not be closed, so we’re starting participants in small groups and waves beginning at 9:00am. Please be careful crossing this busy street! 

10:30-2:00 P.M. Suttle Lake Lodge Rider Check-In/Check-Out & Boxed Lunch Pickup

  • Riders must check in/out in order for event staff to know all participants have safely made their way back to Sisters!

1:00 P.M.- 5:00 P.M. Rider Check-Out at Fir St Park Finish

  • Riders must check out at finish to receive free drink token for beverages at The Barn courtesy of Fort George
  • 4 pm Barn Special Event: Day One Tap Takeover Party with 'Brent Alan and his Funky Friends' 

PARKING

FREE Street parking is available throughout the town of Sisters.

Approximately 200 riders will be in attendance - please plan accordingly to be sure you have plenty of time for 'Check-In' and to return to your vehicle if necessary.

If local, we encourage you to ride from home!​

AID STATIONS

Barnduster Gran Fundo is a self-supported ride, with participants expected to carry enough food and fuel to satisfy their needs along with tools necessary to repair mechanical issues along the way. 

Thanks to volunteers from Sisters Trail Alliance and the team at Suttle Lodge, there are 3 places to stop for aid along the course.

Aid Station 1: At Intersection of Suicide Gulch Rd & Forest Road 2061​ (Mile 13.5)

  • Water, Skratch Drink Mix, & Snacks
  • Limited Bike Repair Tools

Suttle Lake Lodge: Highway 20 & Suttle Lake Loop​ (Mile 23)

  • Water, Spindrift, Fort George LüP Sparkling Hop Water, Skratch Drink Mix, Sandwich Lunch
  • Bike Repair Station
  • Additional snacks & drinks available for purchase at the boathouse.
  • The Stagecoach shuttle van will be parked with limited capacity for anyone requesting a return ride to Sisters if unable to ride back from Suttle Lake. 

Aid Station 2: Indian Ford Campground Walk-in Area (Mile 33)

  • Water, Skratch Drink Mix, & Snacks
  • Limited Bike Repair Tools

COURSE MARKINGS

Riders are expected to follow the course on RIDE WITH GPS or to download the course file for use with their preferred navigation app.

Event organizers will mark key turns with on-course signage. Singletrack sections will be marked with limited amounts of green ribbon. When in doubt, follow the green ribbon!

PLEASE USE CAUTION AT THE HIGHWAY 20 ROAD CROSSING. EVENT AHEAD SIGNS WILL BE POSTED AND VOLUNTEERS WILL BE PRESENT TO ASSIST WITH SAFE CROSSING.
